Sales Assistant Position Available

Vape Africa is seeking a bright, articulate, detail-oriented applicant with a desire to contribute to world class customer service to join us as a Sales Assistant.

To apply for the following position, you are required to have the following:

• Working Knowledge of entry level & Advanced electronic Cigarettes
• Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Should at all times appear presentable and approachable
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with both external customers and co-workers.
• Well spoken and fluent in English as well as being able to communicate in Afrikaans.
• Desire to continually learn
• Solution orientated and self-motivated
• Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency
• Familiar with multiple computer browsers, Windows navigation, instant messenger tools and Microsoft Office
• Positive, compassionate attitude and a passion for customer service
• Honest, trustworthy, reliable and punctual.
• Must have own mode of transportation to and from work

Work hours:
Monday – Friday (9:00 am – 17:00 pm)
Saturday (9:00 am – 13:00 pm)
Public Holidays (9:00 am – 13:00 pm)
