I am not sure if this is a cosmo. The flavour is kinda the same as the sex on the beach. Maybe you guys can compare the 2. But otherwise it is not a bad flavour. The only thing that i would change is the liquid. Its a bit to thin. It would be great if it is a bit more like the red Fruits. I Still love this Flavoure.
