SMOK, being at the forefront has yet again proven that they are leaders in developing innovative vaping devices, they’re latest pod device being the SMOK TRINITY ALPHA (91mm x 38mm x 16mm) is a clear upgrade to the smash hit SMOK NORD vape pod system, deploying creative design elements combined with an advanced chipset with three output modes.
A simple push to fire and much like the NORD kit it combines the convenience of an all-in-one vape with the versatility of a more traditional tank. Featuring both replaceable coils for sub-ohm and high-resistance giving you the option to use standard or nicotine salt based e-liquids and a more powerful battery than most ultra portable mods.
Features of futuristic elegance
This tiny device has a whopping 1000mAh battery that can last all day depending on your vaping style, the classy chic polished chrome-like device is certainly eye-catching.
The HARD, NORMAL and SOFT adjustable settings allow for the user to control wattage from 6W all the way up to 30W which is a feature that most pod styled mods lack, that with its ability to use a full range of coils-and you have a device that stands out from the rest!
Like most pod-styled devices, setting up the SMOK TRINITY ALPHA is effortless just as day-to-day use, the magnetic contacts used allow for a quick snap into place and easily come apart for maintenance. The pod also utilizes a neat top filling cap that lets you top up e-liquid levels without having to remove the pod which is most convenient for those who are always on the go.
Disadvantage
As there may be many Pro’s for the SMOK TRINITY ALPHA, but also there are a few con’s such as:
- The top fill port that should be more secure
- Tinted pod makes it harder to judge e-liquid levels
- Cant change coils when the pod is more than half full
- Lack of airflow control
- Matching resin drip tips are sold separately
- Only 0.6 and 0.8ohm coils are provided
